Gestalt therapy and your Saturn Placement..

Gestalt Therapy is an experiential, humanistic approach to psychotherapy that invites people to immerse themselves in the present moment, take ownership of their emotions and actions, and recognise the holistic nature of who they are. Saturn is the 'grandfather' of the zodiac, the planet of limitations, restrictions and lessons...but Saturn wants us to learn from its teachings, be patient, and wait the long game.

For this insight I have written your Saturn's house placement, and an example of what a Gestalt Counsellor might ask you. Take some time to reflect on the question, and let me know in the comments!

Gestalt Question: If you could express, without words, what is currently happening inside of you right now - how would you express this? E.g. a sound, colour, movement.

Gestalt Question: If you were sitting in front of the human embodiment of money - what would you say to them?

Gestalt Question: At this moment, if you could only express yourself in the medium of song - what song(s) would you choose?

Gestalt Question: Imagine a world inside of you where there are no fears or anxieties - where would you let yourself go next? It could be mentally or physically.

Gestalt Question: What does rejection feel like in your body?
